The volunteer group is a dedicated group of ordinary people, desparately trying to improve the conditions in the St Petersburg Regional Children's Hospital and the Kingisepp and Yamm Orphanages, also the Refuge Centre at Gdov.

The Komso Regional Children's Hospital took its name from our first visit, naming it after the street, Komsomol Ulitsa, on which it stands.
